ENTRY DETAILS

Bib numbers can be collected from the YMCA hall on any Tuesday night during the series from 5:15pm onwards - we’ll be there each week.

For family passes - you will need all members of the family present.

Event number bibs are for registered users only (must not be shared) and MUST be worn at all times, on your front and visible to all marshals and officials so we can identify you as part of our event. This will also avoid any awkward questions from our event officials.

There are strictly no refunds on the cost of entry.

EVENT BIBS

As part of our event in 2024, you'll be wearing one of two bibs:

Buy a series pass and wear the same bib each week (no need to line up each week)

OR

Buy one-night-only bib with a letter on it denoting that night's event. You'll then recycle that one and you'll need to line up and purchase another one the following week (with the next letter).

Note: We (and the environment) will be encouraging you to reuse your safety pins each week!

RESULTS/TIMING

There is no timing provided for this event. A finishers clock for runners and walkers is available for you to note your time each week.

FIRST AID

We have will volunteers on course and at the start/finish line to administer help to anyone who requires it. If you see anyone on course requiring help, please stay with the person and send the next one along to ask for help at either a drink station or a marshal point.

DRINK STATIONS

We encourage you to bring your own water bottle with you if you can. This will also help us reduce our event's environmental footprint.

We will have a drink station on course for the 7km runners and walkers at approximately the halfway point (located at the corner of Dairy Farm Road and Tennent Drive)

To avoid crowding/congestion, volunteers will offer a cup to you (rather than reaching out to grab your own).

There will also be a drink station positioned at the finish line.

THE COURSES

We have a choice of 7km, 5km and 3km courses this year. Course maps are below.

FAQ (Frequently asked questions)

1) Can I bring my child(ren) in a buggy?

Absolutely! We just ask that you remain aware of others around you. Any children taking part on foot will need to have their own registration and bib.

2) What about kids on bikes or scooters?

No bikes or scooters permitted (this applies to children AND adults). This is a safety issue.

3) I can't make it for one (or some) of the nights. Can I still take part?

For sure! Complete as many (or as few) of the nights as you like. $25 is excellent value for the series, no matter how many you complete. You can pick up your bib number at any point during the series so if you're away the first week or two, no dramas - we'll see you when we see you.

4) Can I change what distance I do during the series?

You can choose each night what distance you do - your series pass allows you to do any distance based on your heart's desire!
